LiteBIRD has started ISAS Phase-A1

Having succeeded in reviews by ISAS, i.e., the international science review (2016 May) and the Phase-A1 preparation review (2016 August), we are now in conceptual design phase called ISAS Phase-A1 from 2016 September. Stronger supports are provided from ISAS.
